Gold Coast – here they come!
June 30th, 2010It won’t be a surfing mecca this weekend – although some brave souls will do some surfing – but a tribe of AE fun runners will be heading north to escape the Sydney cold and be participating in the Gold Coast run festival.
Good luck to all those doing the Marathon or half marathon. The course is flat and you have all done the training so we look forward to some PBs and SBs when we hear the results. For those doing their inaugural “longest” run ever – stay focussed and run wisely and safely. Good luck!
The post run bbq is always popular – so enjoy. Ocean Royale apartments will be THE place to be… happy celebrations….
